Story Behind the Name
It is a Belgian Trippel, so we use the word "Try" to evoke what optimists do in the face of failure and the tri-/triple part of the style.
Occasion
Year round strong light beer; especially good for celebrations. We pour this beer into champagne flutes every New Year's Eve and for wedding receptions.
